Forced Resignation Without Acknowledgment: Am I Still Technically Employed?

sjm.nsk
Dear All, I was working in a limited company as an Assistant Manager. One day, the HR department called me and forced me to resign, but they did not bother to issue me the resignation acceptance letter. So, I filed a legal case in the labor court for forced resignation. Hence, I want to ask all of you learned people whether I am still an employee of the company technically, as they have not provided me in writing whether my resignation is accepted or not.

Notice Period Requirement

Additionally, as per the appointment letter, both parties are required to give one month's prior notice in case of any issue. Typically, the resignation letter is submitted to the Head of Department (HOD), who then forwards it to HR. However, in my case, HR directly called me and pressured me to resign without providing an acknowledgment letter.

Please guide me on this matter.
