Hello all, I have been asked by my management to draw up a work schedule on how we can also provide 24-hour service to our esteemed clients under a tight budget and with fewer staff. Please, I need your input. Thank you.
For 24-hour service, the work can be scheduled in three different shifts of 8 hours each.
Shift A: 0700 hrs to 1530 hrs (Includes a 30-minute break)
Shift B: 1500 hrs to 2330 hrs (Includes a 30-minute break)
Shift C: 2300 hrs to 0730 hrs (Includes a 30-minute break)
The number of shifts and the budget can be prepared according to your criteria.
