Can you please help me with connecting our company to many security agencies? If we need to make an agreement with a new security agency, which documents need to be verified? Also, which salary components are mandatory? What do "relieving charges" mean?

If your company is based in Maharashtra, The Maharashtra Private Security Guards (Regulation of Employment and Welfare) Act, 1981 is applicable to you. The following requirements need to be verified before making an agreement:

1. PSARA License.
2. Compliance record.
3. PF, ESIC, PT, and Service Tax Registrations.

After registration, please ensure that you have been exempted by the Guard Board to provide security services. Additionally, conduct police verification for all guards deployed within your company's premises.

The aforementioned steps are essential before and after deploying guards/officers/supervisors through any security agencies.
