How Can I Claim My Provident Fund and Calculate Interest from a Past Employer?

Think Method
Please help me: I want to claim my PF from a previous employer. I only know that PF was deducted, and I was employed for 14 months from 07/2004 to 08/2005. My salary advice shows PF deductions (various amounts). How do I know if the employer contributed? How do I calculate the interest (to date)? Can I do a calculation with only this info?

Please help.

Thanks in advance,

Regards,

Hi, ask for your PF account number from your previous employer. Once you have the PF account number, you can view your balance and interest credited in your account through the EPFO portal. Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

Regards.
