Hi All,
I needed information on form 3A.
I was working in X company from June 2005 to Jan 2007. I quit the company with proper notice period. However, they have still not processed my PF.
With the conscent of Finance department of the company, I asked for PF withdrawl forms. They gave me form 10C, Form 19 and Form 3A (only for the year 2006-2007. When I asked them for form 3A for 2005-2006, they say, it has already been submitted to PF department.
Will I get my complete PF from the year 2005-2007 ???
Please respond to this. I need help

3 A is sumary of pf dduction from the salry submited in pf office in articular peroid

As PF Act 3A is only the one sort of statement which shows our
current year controbution details.
As per pf act The yearly period is March to Feb of every year and you have to submitt the yearly return in mid of April month.
If your co already submit the return then threr is no need to submitte the 3A.

Hey, Form 3A is the annual deduction made by the company from your salary, which is in turn submitted to the PF dept.
Form 19, 10C are for EPS and EPF withdrawal.

My suggestion will be that you go to PF office directly and get the form, its much easier. Do remember that your PF amount should match with the company contribution, if there is any deviation found then the process will not be done immediately. It better to get the help of your company HR, else copy the amount form your salary slip. Think about it.

This is anisha here, i had submitted my PF withdrawl forms to the PF office but it has come back stating they need form 3A 09-10, i really dnt know what is all that bt.. and do i need to fill that form and send it to the PF office or is it my office needs to send that..
Please help me in this..
