Hi, if you want to just know the basic terms, you can read K.T. Basantani. For more detailed psychology reading, "Introduction to Psychology" by Morgan & King Lahey and many more books are available. If you want to specifically focus on industrial psychology, then "Industry in the 21st Century" is the book you should look into.

Hi Manish,

Sure, there is a range of books:

1) Introduction to Psychology by Morgan & King
2) Introduction to General Psychology by Barron
3) Developmental Psychology by Laura Berk
4) General Psychology by Atkinson
5) Organizational Psychology by Robbins

Hope these would suffice for the moment.

Regards,
Shalini

Hi Manish,

Baron is a good one. Morgan and King is the bible. Luthans is good for HR. Sarason and Sarason is also good. Carson and Butcher is very interesting for clinical psychology. I am doing my PG in psychology, so you may email me if you want to know more at jaya.gangadharan@gmail.com.

Thank you, Jaya.

I have finished reading "Psychology" by Robert Baron. Please let me know if there are any introductory books you recommend for me to read.

I work in HR and am interested in delving into more advanced books in Organizational Behavior, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, etc. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions you may have.

Thanks again.
Manish
