How To Gather Or Attract Applicants For Training Sessions?

First of all, I would like to thank all of you for sharing your insights on different topics.

Query: How can we gather or attract maximum applicants for training sessions if they are chargeable? The training is related to Industrial training (duration - approx. 6 weeks) and Project training (duration - 4 to 6 months) for B.tech/MCA students.

Kindly share your views. I will be grateful.

You have to mention upfront why anyone should attend such a training. There are so many trainings available in the market, sometimes even for free, which makes it difficult to choose. Specify what is unique about your training and how students would benefit from it. Be as specific and clear as possible to highlight each unique selling point of your training.

Actually, we belong to an IT company and, apart from several services, we also provide training to MCA final year or B.Tech students. There are labs where training is imparted on different training modules, and if they perform well, we give them placement in our own company. Generally, MCA final year students require such training. It is related to different technologies like dot net, Embedded Linux, etc.

Dear Sir,

If you circulate your training program to MCA colleges and publish some advertisements near MCA colleges, it will attract a maximum number of trainees.
