We have been asked by the top management to change the existing security guards. There are two topics that have come up:
1. Security Guards to be hired on the company's payroll.
2. Engage the new guards through a contractor.
As an HR executive, I have been asked to prepare a report on the likely repercussions regarding liabilities and outcomes of hiring security guards on the company's payroll or if we appoint a contractor and engage the newly hired guards on the contractor's payroll. Will there be any issues to face the security guard boards?
