Industrial Standing Orders Act Applicablity

Dear All,
I want to know whether Industrial Employment Standing orders act is applicable for prawn hatcheries or not? we are running a hatchery in Andhra Pradesh.

It is applicable to hatcheries since it is an factory coming under the Factories Act.
