Hi, I am new to this forum. I have been working in the HR function for the past 4 years but do not have an HR qualification. I handle the HR operations in my company and aspire to become an HR Generalist. Can you please suggest a diploma course that will help me in my career?

If you want a regular course, join only the top 10 business schools in the country. Others do not give you enough edge. Otherwise, part-time options should be fine, from institutions like Symbiosis, Icfai, Delhi University, etc.
