I'm Nisha, a recruitment officer with a Yellow Pages company. I am dealing with various consultants who are not charging the company, but the quality of candidates is not good. I have approached many training institutes in Delhi, but again, the same problem persists - the quality is not good. References play a very important role, but in this case, the quantity is not good. So, if I can have some new ideas, I would really be grateful.
