Admin To HR

Dear Sir;
I have joined in a ltd company approx 4 years ago in admin.But I was not satisfied with my job.So i have started MBA-HR from sikkim manipal university and Completed.Now i would like to change my Job profile from admin to HR.For that what i have to do first.My question is also that Will i have to start my job as a fresher in HR or will my experience count in next job in HR.

Hi You can try for HR cum admin profile..
There your past experience will be helpful as well as you will learn new points of HR like recruitment,salary negotiation and all such activities of hr profile.
