ESIC Compliance Issue: What to Do When Employee TIC Due Dates Have Passed?

In our organization, the ESIC scheme is in force. At the time of IP registration, a Temporary Identity Certificate (TIC) has been generated for our employees. The TIC mentions a due date by which employees should visit the prescribed office and have their photo taken. However, the due dates have expired, and we are currently 10 to 15 days ahead of the due date.

Kindly suggest what should be done now.

I suggest you approach the appropriate Branch Office of ESIC to which your establishment is attached. The Branch Office is the correct office for completing all formalities regarding Identity Cards or Family Identity Cards.
