Greetings to you.

I have an issue related to one of our clients in Rudrapur. They have been withholding the payment of our employees for the last 7 months, as well as holding the ESI & PF amounts of our employees. There were some miscalculations while signing the contract. However, all the payments on our end have been made to provide a sound work environment for all the workers. Unfortunately, our principal employer is holding approximately 8.5 lakh rupees for the past 7-8 months.

Please advise.
