Hello,

There can be an endless number of responsibilities that can be carried out by an HR Executive. It depends on the size and your profile in HR. In smaller companies, an HR person will have to handle the responsibilities of:

- Payroll management
- Motivation
- Grievance handling
- Training
- HR/Manpower planning
- HR finance
- Appraisals
- and also relieving.

In a large-scale industry, there are separate divisions for all these activities, so the responsibilities will differ.
