One of the employees just left the company due to his personal issues. Now, after leaving the company, he is trying to spoil the company's reputation via online mediums such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social sites. He is posting negative reviews for the company and spreading rumors, such as the company being fraudulent, etc.
Can you advise me on how we can take actions against him so that he stops all these activities? It is affecting the company's business and clients. If there are any legal actions we can take, please let us know.
