Have served the notice period of 3months, trained and handed over the responsibilities to my sucessor, still the company is saying that they will not issue experience certificate. My contract was of 2 years, but in the terms and conditions it was mentioned "YOU MUST SERVE A MINIMUM OF 22 WORKING DAYS NOTICE PERIOD FROM THE DATE OF YOUR FORMAL RESIGNATION, SHOULD YOU DECIDE TO END YOUR EMPLOYMENT. tHE PERIOD CAN BE EITHER REDUCED OR INCREASED UPTO THREE MONTHS. I served sincerely the 3 months notice period, how do I get my experience letter?

Have you also completed the F&F formalities. What all letters have you received from the company. Most of the time the experience and the releving letters are clubed and produced as one letter itself.
Check the letters received.
