How Much Should I Really Pay for a Recruitment Portal to Access Resumes for 3 Months?

I am in the process of purchasing a recruitment portal either from Naukri.com, Monster.com, or Shine.com. One of them has quoted me Rs. 35,000/- for 3 months, and another Rs. 45,000/-. Could anyone help me in knowing the minimum rates that are negotiable with a minimum package for simply viewing and downloading resumes for a 3-month time period? I may not require email and job postings. Your valuable feedback would be of great help.

What's your location? And what is your expected Resume Views usage pattern? You already mentioned you don't need email and job postings. Either respond in this thread or PM me. There are usually different packages that can be worked out by the portals, but it depends a lot on the details.
