Recruitment portal rates - minimum rates are negotiable?

I am in the process of purchasing a recruitment portal either from Naukri.com, Monster.com or Shine.com. One of them has quoted me Rs. 35,000/- for 3months and another Rs. 45,000/-. Could anyone help me knowing the minimum rates that is negotiable with a minimum package of simply viewing & downloading resumes for 3 months time period. I may not require email & job postings. Your valuable feedback would be of great help.

And what is your expected Resume Views Usage pattern--you already mentioned you don't need email & job postings?
Either respond in this thread OR PM me. There are usually different packages that can be worked out by the Portals--but depends a lot on the details.

I have negotiated with a leading company (one among the three you have mentioned) to get a package of 1000 clicks (with 1 year validity) for Rs. 18000 which doesnot include job postings, emails etc. Do contact me for further details.

No doubt the rate are on the higher side. Moreover it can be negotiated.
Further, these portals sell their services into packages. So even if you don't want any job posting or emailers, it will be included in your package. And secondly if you are strictly going in for the custom built package mentioned in the above comments by Mr Deepak, if you want to view or by mistake if you have downloaded one resume/data twice it would automatically reduce 2 click from you annual package.
You can try and negotiate with your own account manager as they have a target of selling accounts and also there are lot of companies in NCR who jointly share portals. Companies having a multiple login id shares their portal in order to minimize their cost with lots of new companies.
