2. Legal Requirement
3. Regulatory Requirement

Statutory: Any law which is got approved by parliament & implemented by Governmental agencies/authorities.
Regulatory: Any Law/guidelines prepared by state level assemblies/NGO/Institutions, Implemented by governmental agencies is regulatory
I also had a doubt on these words. Last week this doubt was cleared by one of the renowed auditor from TUV.
