New to Employer Portal: How Do I Update Contributions and File Returns? Urgent Help Needed

I am new to the site, please help me out as it's urgent.

1. We received the establishment code on June 25th and made the contribution for July through online payment. I would like to know how it will be updated in the employer's portal and what the next steps are.

2. How can I file the online return on the 25th?

Please assist me as this is urgent.

It seems your query is related to EPF, and your establishment is covered under EPF from 25th June 2014. You are liable to upload ECR for June 2014 (from 25th to 30th June) and onwards every month, generate the challan, and make the remittance of your dues towards PF on or before the 15th. Once you upload the ECR and make the remittance of dues, you need not submit any return to EPFO on a monthly basis. However, you are liable to submit offline Form 5A and Form 9, details of authorized signatories, and the digital signature of authorized signatories.

You mentioned you made an online payment for the month of July 2014. What about June 2014?

As per the new guidelines, you need to allot UAN to your members and upload KYC details of members.

1. As you mentioned, Form 5A is already available in the portal with the owner's details under the name section.
2. Could you please explain to me, step by step, how to file returns by the 25th?
