Clients Needed For Recruitment Consultancy

We are Mumbai based consultancy into IT and Non IT and had been into actively recruiting manpower for the past seven years. There is now a dearth of clients because of the cost reduction due to recession in most companies Recruitment have been on hold and so we are looking out for new clients. can someone please refer any organization looking out for a vendor???
