Understanding Salary Structures: Are We Fair to Skilled and Unskilled Employees?

Salary Structure Inquiry for Skilled and Unskilled Employees

Hi everyone, I'm Akarshita. I'm working in an advisory firm in Madhya Pradesh as an HR for the past month. I want to know about the minimum salary for skilled and unskilled employees in this firm. We follow this salary structure:

- 6000 basic + 1000 attendance allowance + 1000 performance allowance = gross 8000
- Incentives are also provided according to targets.

Two days of paid leave are provided in a month. If an employee takes more than 2 days of leave, then the attendance allowance is deducted. If the target is not achieved, then the performance allowance is deducted. Is this the correct structure?

Salary Structure for Senior Business Analyst (SBA)

If I hire a new candidate for SBA (Senior Business Analyst), what will be the salary structure? Please help me out.

Dear seniors, I, Akarshita Singh, work in an advisory firm as an HR in Indore (M.P). I want to know about the minimum salary of a skilled employee (fresher) in this city. All advisories follow the 6+1+1+ incentives structure. In this structure, it is 6000 in hand, 1000 attendance allowance, 1000 performance allowance, and incentives. Two days of leave consideration are given in a month.
