Struggling with Online PF Challan as a Fresher? Need Help!

I need to register my manpower for new ESI and PF registration. Kindly help me out.

As of now, the online ECR file, which is in text mode, needs to be filled on the EPF website. After uploading the ECR text file on the website, a TRN number is generated. Once it is approved, you can directly go to SBI Net-banking for making the payment.

Options for Paying PF Amount

There are two options to pay the PF amount: one is offline, and the other is online.

Hi, I am Madhusudhanan from the PF site Epfo (Govt. of India). I am unable to find out my claim status and PF balance. Earlier, it was possible. Is there any other PF site from where I can get these details? Can anybody help, please?

The PDF challan is now outdated. You have to upload deduction details in ECR format, and the challan is generated online.

Parthi SP and Gogoi, I have one more question: What particulars should come in an ECR file? Please, sir, help me. I want to learn it, and nobody is helping me.

It is difficult to explain the process/procedure. However, you can visit the EPFO site Epfo (Govt. of India) at www.epfindia.com and download the instruction file, which is in PDF. Study it and ask any specific queries you may have.

How is the UAN number generated if it is provided by EPF? How does the employer download it? Please help me.
