However, I have managed to explain that due to my financial situation and the need to support my kids' education, I am pursuing a new career that will help me provide for my son. The decision still needs approval from the operations head, and while my first-line manager and second-level manager have agreed with my reasoning, the issue lies in the fact that the company has never granted early release to an employee before.
If they reject my request for early relieving within 30 days, it puts my children's education at risk, and I am truly worried about the potential consequences. I hope to receive clarification on this matter soon.
