HR Documentation - Start Up

Hi all,
Im working as HR executive in IT company, its a start up firm so im only one need to create document right from HR Policies to Exit forms can any one guide me to create all documentation work..

Please be clear about the size of the organisation, What are the documents that you wanna prepare? Nature of resource(On Roll employees, Contract employees, Consultants) that you have, Whether you wanna prepare all the formats right from manpower sourcing til exit process
