Dear Seniors,
I am an HR professional (Admin and recruitment) with 6 years of experience, and now I am thinking of going for an SAP training course, which is going to cost me in lakhs. The reason for my decision is purely based on a belief that by undergoing this training, I will be able to have a better career in the Human Resource field. I believe this will open doors for new industries so that I will be able to enter another industry as my current industry is in construction and infrastructure.
Seeking Guidance on SAP Course Decision
I need guidance from my seniors who are established SAP professionals: Is it the right decision to go for an SAP course? If yes, is it really worth investing more than a couple of lakhs of rupees for such a course, and what are the odds of me recovering this money and experiencing career growth?
Course Commitment and Considerations
This course requires me to invest full-time for 30 days, which means I need to resign from my current job and undergo this course. I am aware of the option of an online course, but a full-time course would be better in terms of learning, and I would also receive personal attention.
I genuinely need your opinion, seniors. I would appreciate it if you could be very realistic in your thoughts and opinions.
Best Regards,
KUNAL V.
