Can I have the English version of the MW from July 14 of Maharashatra which you have posted in Hindi version.

Hi Siva, English version is not available with department till now.

This notification is only about changes in special allowance.
is there any changes in basics.
because in some section increase is only 31/-

There have been unexpected changes in Basic wages wef 03rd March 2014. The changes pertain to the Construction of Roads & Engineering Industry. The reason for the minimal change in Special allowance for these industries may be due to the mid quarter change and a very good hike in Basic wages.
