Frustrated with Delayed Provident Fund Claim: How Can I Get My Dues from Heritage Health?

I worked with Heritage Health TPA Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad for more than a year and left the organization three years ago. I applied for PF a while ago, but there has been no progress on the amount. When I followed up with the Hyderabad office, they informed me that they had forwarded my application to the head office in Kolkata. However, the head office has not provided any information regarding my PF claim. Despite my numerous calls over the past two years, they keep mentioning issues in the PF office that are causing delays in processing my claim. Interestingly, those who left the organization after me have received their amounts.

Seeking Assistance for PF Claim Resolution

I seek your assistance in resolving this matter. It appears that the company is neglecting my rightful dues. Kindly advise me on the next steps to take. If necessary, I can provide you with a list of senior management names at Heritage Health TPA Pvt. Ltd.

Please ask the head office to share the acknowledgment for the submission of PF. If they are not sharing it, then you may have to approach the PF department with the PF number.

You may please approach the area PF Enforcement Officer by giving a clear letter to him with the PF account number, date of joining/leaving, and the PF claim form submission date, etc. You can also file a petition in the Consumer Forum for this purpose. Only then will it be cleared; otherwise, they won't respond.

Thank you for your replies. As @GURUMURTHY mentioned, I can submit my joining and leaving dates. The issue is that I don't have proof of my PF claim submission because the Head Office is in Kolkata, and the HR at the Hyderabad Branch, where I worked, sent my claim submission by courier to Kolkata. I am left with no evidence, and when I contacted Hyderabad, they advised me to reach out to the Head Office in Kolkata. Upon calling the Kolkata office, the Accounts Officer confirmed that they have submitted my claim form and have been assuring me that I will receive it soon for the past 3 years. However, now when I attempt to contact him, he is not answering the phone. I feel cheated.

Do you have the PF Account No.? If yes, you can submit your grievances online at the EPFO site. If the claim has not been submitted, you can submit it on your own.
