Please help me with Employee - Transfer & Promotion Letter Format.
I'm working as HR Executive and first time I have been asked to prepare a format for an employee who is Transferred and Promoted. Please let me know at the earliest.

When a person is transferred from one location to another another location within the same company, whether his ctc would be revised?
Is there any transfer cost that should be considered? Is there any percentage pertaining to the same??

problem is that staff is working for one company and appointed from others but its under same group of companies. i want that particulat person to be appointed and paid salary from same company she is working for.
