Can Attendance Management & MIS Reports As HR Executive Position Will Be Good To Start A Career In HR

Respected Seniors,
I have completed my MBA in HR this year. I got an opportunity in Real Estate firm for HR Executive profile. During interview they said that my only responsibilities are Attendance Management and MIS Reports. They are offering me quite good salary as a fresher also. Here I am really confused to decide whether to go for this job or not. Please help me whether it will be good to start career as a MBA Fresher.

These 2 are also an integral part of HR. The only problem is now these are taken into Admin profile. There is no value addition you would be doing if you do only a mechanical job, you need to value add to these positions by innovating the reports and the data.
You can take up the opportunity, but first find if there is job rotation in the company or will you be doing this same job year on year. If they cannot promise you a job rotation in writing, then you may refrain from taking up the said work.
But if salary is the only point in choosing a job go ahead....
