Hi, my name is Monica. I have 7 years of experience in HR recruitment and operations, with experience in administration as well. I was working in a construction company as Deputy Manager HR cum Admin, but the company project completed, and I have been jobless for the last 3 months. I am receiving very few calls from companies. My current package is 3.6 LPA. My query is: Am I working on a low package? What should I do to increase my package?

After 7 long years, you find that you are not in a position to crack an interview, which implies that you have not recharged yourself with the latest information in these last 7 years.
