Moving Back to India: What Salary Can I Expect in Hyderabad with My Experience?

Sot001
Hi, I am looking to relocate from the UK. I have over 7 years of work experience in customer service. Currently, I am pursuing an MBA in HR through the University of Madras and also taking an HR course where I am currently living. I am aware that I can try for a Team Leader role in a BPO and also explore other HR-related positions. I am really confused about the maximum salary I can expect to cover my expenses. Can anybody provide me with updates, please? It has been 7 years since I moved to India!!!

Thank you

It depends on the brand that you are hired for. An average of 6-8 lacs is the minimum that you can expect. The upper pay limit is 10-14 lacs, depending on the ITES you join.

Hope that helps!

Salary Expectations for TL/HR Roles at Accenture

It's either for TL/HR roles, Accenture is the company. So if it's around 8 lakhs, what is the take-home pay after all cuts?

Sorry there, it's Ireland! I'm also wondering about the interview pattern. What do they expect candidates to produce during the interview? How is the verification process conducted? If it's an HR role, I might not be expecting a very senior position. Can we still anticipate a reasonable level of responsibility? What is the maximum amount we can negotiate? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I am confused about managing expenses.

Regards.
