You have not mentioned anything about your company. Since you have desired to recruit experienced CS, they will need to know atleast some thing about your Company. Even freshers with 1-2 years' experience need to know about the Company which intends to hire them.
So in order to get better response, you need to mention broad outline about your Company. I too have two CS in my mind, one experienced and one new with 1 yr experience. But they have also desired to know the same.
