There has been a recent amendment in the coverage of the Payment of Wages and Payment of Bonus Act, which is not included here. This presentation is quite old, and various members have posted it several times.

That was definitely extremely informative; however, there is a doubt existing regarding the ceiling in the Payment of Wages Act. Has the amount been increased to Rs 10,000/-?

However, I think you forgot to update on the ESI part, which now has coverage extended to Rs. 15,000 w.e.f. May '10. If anyone has any other updates, please share.
