Employer Deducted PF but Didn't Deposit It: How Can I Get My Money Back?

I am an accounts executive. My employer deducted PF for the month of March 2014 from my salary but did not deposit it at the EPF office. (I have checked my online PF account balance and have the salary slip as proof.)

Steps to Retrieve PF Amount

What should I do? Whom should I complain to? How can I retrieve my PF amount from the employer? Somebody, please help me.

You can ask your employer to resubmit the PF amount with arrears in the next month. If they are not doing the same, you can submit an application to EPFO against them, and they will do the needful accordingly.
