BOCW Act applies to every establishment employing 10 or more building workers in any buiding or other construction work.
You need to understand the terms: (l)establishment, (ll)building workers & (lll) building or other construction work.
In the definition of building worker, there is no criteria of direct employment or indirect / contract employment.

All employees will be including in the applicability, it is irrespective whether they are either on-roll employee or contractual employee.

Act is applicable to all construction companies and contractors. U have to get registration under the Act and pay 1% cess on the cost of construction to Government for the welfare of construction employees. wew are dealing all employment laws. if interested may contact
