Is BOCWA Relevant for Contract or Direct Employees? Seeking Guidance from Experienced Professionals

The BOCW Act applies to every establishment employing 10 or more building workers in any building or other construction work. You need to understand the terms: (I) establishment, (II) building workers, and (III) building or other construction work. In the definition of a building worker, there is no criterion of direct employment or indirect/contract employment.
