Greetings to all the respected senior members over here.
I am a mechanical engineer by qualification and doing job in a reputed bus body building company as Graduate Engineer Trainee in HR department, looking after a project related to employee engagement and cultural change in working environment.I am about to complete my training period after a month.
I am just confused that what should i do next, as my qualification is technical but the experience which i have got is in HR dept which is totally different.
So can can any one of you respected person suggest me what should i do? Should i continue my career in same department or look for another job.
If i try to continue in same department are there opportunities for a person with technical background in HR department.
Seeking suggestions from your experiences.
