What we are doing in our Organisation that Quarterly we are going ahead with Employee Satisfaction Tracking System (ESTS) and once in year Employee satisfaction Survey(ESS).
In this Questionnaire all Q's centres around three headings :
Self
Supervisor
Management
Every Quarter we get to know from the Employees through this program that where are we lacking and we try to improvise on the weaker areas. Next Quarter again we conduct the same thing and get to know where are we standing vis a vis previous month.
To have free opinion, employees are not required to divulge their name and employee code in this problem, only they have to mention about their department and name of the supervisor .
By this way we get to know where lies the actual problem and which is our weak areas. It gives us feedback about our supervisors also and in turn become the source for their training need.
Finding of the survey goes to each HOD and it becomes the part of the meeting and accordingly strategies are formulated to rectify the problem and necessary actions taken.
ESS is done once in a year so as to have clear understanding on where are we standing.
