Accident In Factory - Show Cause Notice

Plz advice , accident in factory, two labour died, show cause notice received. from factory inspector.

dear vinay,
first you should immediate find out the reasons of accident and accident should be reported at esic also. factory inspector,labour inspector & esi inspector investigate the reasons of accident. then you should initially investigate the real cause.

Also please check if they have asked you for your Workman's Compensation policy. Most of these inspectors immediately issue a notice in absence of one.
