Recruiting for Tough Roles: How Do You Attract Talent with Limited Resources?

I'm looking to recruit for some positions that are reasonably challenging. Challenges include requiring higher experience but offering not very good pay, limited resources to hire from, and so on and so forth. Could the members help me with better ideas?

All of recruitment revolves around this only—an expectation of getting the best talent at the lowest price! This is why recruitment is difficult. You have plenty of company . As said above, if you share the position details, company, and salary, some could come up with clearer thoughts.

I see that you have limited resources to search from. If your resource can search profiles from tier II or III cities, you will find many profiles where candidates have been working for many years with extensive experience but low payouts. You can communicate with them to assess their experience level before making a decision.
