Apart from what you have listed, you can do the following:
1. Best suggestion award - In this, suggestions can be taken from employees on a particular topic related to the company, such as cost reduction, and the best suggestion should be rewarded (need not be a monetary reward).
2. Maybe a Kaizen-type format - From each employee, information should be collected on how a particular act of theirs has helped their department, a colleague, or the company. The best of these can be displayed on the notice board. This can be a monthly activity.
3. There can be a movie day quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly depending on the number of employees.
4. You can have a talk or presentation to raise awareness of diseases like AIDS, cancer, etc., as not everyone may be aware of them in detail, depending on the types of employees.
