I am looking for a tried and tested HR software that should be a comprehensive tool covering performance management and competency management. I have designed and implemented a performance management system but now feel the need for software to derive maximum benefit from this system. The organization where I want to introduce this is a mid-sized, multi-locational organization on the threshold of a major expansion.
