How Do I Inform a Client's HR About an Employee Who Absconded and Breached Contract?

Problem Description
One of our employees was working on our site, and he has absconded from our company to join our client (with whom he was working).

Help Needed
Now, I want to inform our client's HR that the employee, Mr. Xyz, who is currently working with your company, has absconded from our company. He is liable to pay the cash amount which he has taken as an advance from our company. Additionally, he has not returned the company tools that our company provided him.

We also want to inform their HR that he has absconded from the company and breached the rules of our company as stated in the service contract (appointment letter). We are now going to take legal action against Mr. Xyz.

Can you please help me draft a legal email regarding the same problem?

Just try to collect the advance amount given to him. As you mentioned, write a letter to HR to inform them of the matter. If he is not willing to assist you, try to contact him and explain that if the advance is not repaid, legal action will be taken.

If your company is prepared to bear the legal expenses, hire an advocate to send a notice to him. From my perspective, focus on collecting the advance and avoid getting entangled in lengthy legal procedures.

Thank you.
