How Do We Transfer Our PF Code to Andhra Pradesh After State Bifurcation?

Dear Seniors, We (Employer) have already registered a PF code in Hyderabad. Our corporate office is located in Hyderabad, and our factory is located in Vijayawada. After the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh, our factory belongs to the residue Andhra Pradesh, while the corporate office is in Telangana. We (Employer) need to move our PF code to the residue Andhra Pradesh because the factory is situated in Vijayawada.

Procedure for Obtaining a New PF Code

I have some queries regarding PF and ESI.

Provident Fund (PF) Queries

In PF, is Form 9 compulsory to submit to the department? They are asking that unless the form is submitted, the digital signature cannot be uploaded, and claims will not be settled.

Employee State Insurance (ESI) Queries

In ESI, is the half-yearly return still mandatory? Are there any annual information files required by the department? Is there any register to be maintained for ESI?

Documents Required for Generating EPF Code Online

Before generating the EPF code online, you will need the following documents:

1) Labour License for a minimum of 21 members.
2) Shops and Establishment License.
3) PAN Card in the firm's name.
4) Address proof of the firm's location.
5) Digital signature of the authorized person of the firm.
6) ID and address proof of the firm owner.
7) Bank account statement (current account statement for a minimum of 1 month).
8) Rental agreement of the firm.
9) If it is a partnership firm - all partners' IDs, address proofs, and PAN Cards.
10) List of 21 employees' names, father's names, dates of birth, nominee names, addresses, and bank details.
