We do deduct ESI if the salary is < than or = 10000 Rs. but what is next procedure if the salary is more than Rs. 10000? and What is the % of the PF in the salary?

ESI & EPF & Labour Min. All are looters thats all. if u r covered by a mediclaim policy the esi say no we provide better so give us money why to give when a work is of 99Rs. and esi is asking about 400-700 Rs. They have own laws changing every day just bribe the inspector and skip untill you can else close the concern rename it then again work

In my knowledge ESI will not attract on clothing allowance.
So I think ESI will attract on only 7K.

ESIC deduction is on gross pay no matter what format of salary you implement your gross does't change hence, esic contribution will remain same.
