Legal Action Against Employee Resigning During Bond

im a production officer in a chemical company and im resigning from my post within bond period which is 18 months.i have completed 12months of it and given resigning(notice period of 1months) and they have my cheque of 30000/-
so,i want u ask u all what legal action they can take against me.

I think bond breaking is not illegal in India as per Indian Contracts Act unless the employer has spent substantial amount in training related.
