I Just Joined As A HR In A Organization.

we are a e-commerce based company in which we have technical, customer, marketing teams.
People are unable to make their decisions(customer support),No planning is done for Marketing guys(web sales,getting traffic)and no communication in between them(as a team and whole).
Our employees are almost freshers(max 5 years experience), Fresh minds with different thoughts.I need to change that. could you please suggest me for new ideas games to involve people for engagement, Planning, decision making.
Don\'t think otherwise as i am a fresher i have some thoughts but scared to implement them, please help me in this...thanks in advance

Start with a checklist. Giving an example here and then strike off one by one when you complete
1. Complete a detailed discussion with your boss/management for general directions
2. Collect and collate employee data
3. Arrive at statutory compliance checklist
4. Introduce simple steps to engage employees
5. Prepare KPAs as well as KPIs of HR Function
6. Make sure to plan properly and allocate time for all these activities
