How Can I Correct an Employee's Name on the ESIC Temporary Identity Certificate?

There is a mistake in the employee's name in the records for ESIC. How can I correct the Temporary Identity Certificate (TIC) details?

In the TIC update, I have already changed personal details, but it does not seem possible to change/edit the Name and Dispensary Details (On TIC). Please help me with how to make these changes?

This is possible only at your branch office of ESIC where you are registered. We have had such instances before. You need to write a letter to the ESIC Branch Manager of the branch where you are registered and inform them about the mistake in the TIC's name. Provide the correct name, and the branch officials will make the necessary changes.

We have helped correct this error for a couple of our employees in the past where the name was misspelled.
