Dear Seniors, greetings of the day! This is AD. I need advice. Since January 2013 (approximately), I've been using an internet dongle via XXX Company. However, in April 2014, I clearly informed them that I no longer wanted their services. They sent me a bill for approximately 612, which I am willing to pay and am still ready to pay. Previously, I had a bad experience where I closed another account but continued receiving bills. Therefore, I decided to call their advisor to collect the payment in cash, but he did not visit. They raised the billing amount from 612 to 850. Regularly, they call me and ask me to pay the bill, and I have repeated the same story to more than 10 customer care executives of the telecom company. Some of them are very rude and lack basic manners in dealing with customers. Now, I am receiving legal emails from an advocate, and they have raised the billing amount to 1350. Please guide me on what to do.
Regards,
AD
