Question
The study of HUman Resource Management has put you in the position of being more sensitive to best practices in the profession. In you opinion, are HR managers doing an excellent Job of managing the human resources in organizations effeciently and effectively? Cite good and bad examples ensuring that you make recommendations where necessary.
